Bewns is a 100% digital service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. All services provided by Bewns are delivered electronically through our platform at bewns.com.

2. Digital Delivery

When you purchase a storage plan or Quick Share package, access is granted instantly upon successful payment. There is no waiting period or shipping delay. Specifically:

  • Subscription Plans: Your storage quota and plan features are activated immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Quick Share Packages: Temporary high-capacity storage is available immediately upon purchase and remains active for the specified duration (1–7 days depending on the package).

3. Global Edge Delivery

All files uploaded to Bewns are stored in secure object storage and served via our global edge network spanning 300+ data centers worldwide. This means your files are delivered from the location nearest to the recipient, ensuring near-zero latency regardless of geographic location.

4. Service Availability

Bewns aims to maintain 99.9% uptime leveraging our globally distributed edge infrastructure. In the rare event of service downtime, we will work to restore access as quickly as possible. Planned maintenance, if any, will be communicated in advance.

5. No Physical Address Required

Since Bewns is a digital service, we do not require a shipping address from our users. The only information required for service delivery is a valid email address associated with your Bewns account.
