We want you to be satisfied with Bewns. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling subscriptions and requesting refunds for our paid services.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after the paid period expires.
- Files exceeding the Free plan's storage limit will remain accessible but you will not be able to upload new files until you are within the limit.
2.2 Refund Eligibility
Generally, refunds are not provided for subscription plans. The detailed terms are as follows:
- Subscription Plans: Non-refundable as our maximum billing cycle is 3 months. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Service outage: Pro-rated refund if the Service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your billing period.
- Billing errors: Full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges.
3. Quick Share Packages
Quick Share packages are one-time, time-limited purchases (1–7 day durations). Due to their instant-activation and short-lived nature:
- Quick Share packages are non-refundable once activated.
- If you experience technical issues preventing use of your Quick Share, contact support within 24 hours for assistance. We may issue a replacement or credit at our discretion.
4. Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost. Since no payment is involved, cancellation and refund policies do not apply. You may delete your free account at any time by contacting support.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@bewns.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your registered email address and the reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting us at support@bewns.com. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the applicable consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
